TL;DR
Director, P&C Business Partner (Human Resources): Overseeing the plant-wide HR function and developing People & Culture strategies with an accent on employee relations, workforce planning, capability development, and labor compliance. Focus on advising senior leadership, partnering with the union committee, driving organizational change, and strengthening employee engagement and DE&I.
Location: Bangpoo Industrial Estate, Export Zone, Bangkok, Thailand

What you will do
- Lead the overall HR function for the manufacturing plant and advise the General Manager and leadership team on critical business priorities.
- Build a high-performing work culture and drive employee engagement programs to maintain strong morale and engagement.
- Ensure effective HR delivery across recruitment, onboarding, talent development, employee relations, and exit processes.
- Partner with leadership on organizational change, workforce planning, transformation, digital initiatives, and headcount cost optimization.
- Maintain constructive industrial relations through collaboration with the Union Committee and support collective labor agreement negotiations.
- Assess capability gaps, create development plans, embed DE&I across talent strategies, and develop strategic HR communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in People & Culture, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in People & Culture or Human Resource Management.
- At least 10 years of management experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR modules, enterprise HR management models, personnel administration, and HR affairs.
- Knowledge of national laws, regulations, and policies covering contracts, salary systems, insurance, and welfare.
- Fluent English and Thai; the role is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
