Freelance Graphic & Motion Designer (AI)

Builds software for invoice, document, and finance processes through a fast-paced marketing organization.

What you will do

• Create explainer videos, product demos, social formats, and other motion content from concept and storyboard through final cut.
• Develop advertising creatives, landing-page visuals, sales documents, presentations, and partner materials.
• Translate marketing objectives, product information, and campaign ideas into clear visual concepts.
• Adapt and prepare assets using German- and English-language source material; selected future projects may include Italian and Spanish subtitles or voice-over.
• Use AI tools where they add value and contribute ideas for more efficient creative workflows.
• Independently plan assignments, coordinate deliverables, communicate progress, and manage dependencies and deadlines.

Requirements

• Professional expertise in graphic design, motion design, visual communication, or a comparable field.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant graphic design, motion design, and visual storytelling work.
• Ability to create explainer videos, product demos, social content, or comparable formats from concept through final production.
• Strong skills in layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy across digital and presentation formats.
• Practical experience using AI tools in creative workflows and demonstrating measurable improvements to creative production.
• Confident ability to work with German- and English-language source material; German copywriting is not required.
