Art Director / Senior Motion Designer (Game Marketing)

What you will do

• Develop and execute visual concepts based on creative briefs, scripts, campaign direction, and client objectives.
• Lead projects from concept development through final delivery while remaining hands-on with design, animation, compositing, and visual development.
• Create styleframes, comps, key visuals, storyboards, presentation decks, and other visual assets.
• Direct and provide actionable feedback to designers, animators, and external production partners.
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, writers, editors, and vendors across animation, CG, VFX, live action, and in-engine production.
• Participate in creative reviews, client presentations, pitches, and approval of client-facing deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Art Director, Senior Motion Designer, or similar senior creative professional in entertainment, gaming, advertising, or marketing.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, visual design, motion, storytelling, and creative problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, balance, hierarchy, layout, color, movement, and rhythm.
• Ability to develop clear visual direction from a brief and confidently guide other artists and partners.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and integrate quickly into existing workflows.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high creative and quality standard.
