Tester Senior/Master (AI)

What you will do

• Define test strategies and plans based on business and technical requirements.
• Design and execute functional, exploratory, regression, performance and security testing.
• Build and maintain automated test suites to increase coverage and reduce cycle time.
• Investigate defect root causes, define quality metrics and drive continuous improvement through PDCA.
• Use AI assistants and agents to generate test scenarios, expand coverage, refactor suites and accelerate maintenance.
• Mentor testers, conduct technical reviews and communicate quality plans, metrics and status to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience in software testing and strong test automation skills with testing frameworks and tools.
• Experience with root cause analysis, defect reduction, quality metrics and improvement cycles such as PDCA.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in real delivery work, including AI coding assistants, LLM-based test generation or AI-supported analysis.
• Working knowledge of agentic workflows, prompt and context engineering, task structuring, step chaining and output validation.
• Critical judgment when reviewing AI-generated tests and code, plus experience working with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring testers and English proficiency for day-to-day work with international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic SDLC, spec-driven development, MCP servers, tool calling or multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated artifacts or testing AI-powered products, including hallucination risks and model regressions.
• Performance and security testing, CI/CD, continuous delivery, Agile or scaled Agile experience.
