TL;DR
Junior DevOps Engineer (DevOps): Setting up and maintaining infrastructure across development, staging, testing, and production environments with an accent on cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code. Focus on investigating incidents, configuring monitoring and alerts, securing access and secrets, and improving deployment reliability.
Location: Remote within Europe, Albania, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine

What you will do
- Set up, configure, test, and maintain infrastructure across development, staging, testing, and production environments.
- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code implementation and support CI/CD pipeline configuration, releases, and deployments.
- Investigate incidents through log and monitoring analysis, initial triage, and resolution documentation.
- Configure monitoring checks and alerts and participate in backup and recovery procedures.
- Apply least-privilege access management and secure secrets handling while maintaining infrastructure documentation and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, security specialists, and operations teams.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Basic Linux administration and networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, services, packages, and system metrics.
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and practical exposure to GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or TeamCity.
- Experience with container images and runtime environments, plus Shell and Python or PowerShell scripting.
- Understanding of Terraform, Ansible, SDLC processes, DevOps principles, databases, monitoring, logging, backup, storage, security, authentication, authorization, TLS, and secure secrets management.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes or other orchestration platforms.
- Production experience with Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, or Datadog.
- Exposure to GitOps, AI/LLM services, vector databases, or cloud and Linux certifications.
