What you will do

  • Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise HRIS platforms.
  • Improve HRIS modules and functionalities to enhance user experience, automate processes, and maintain data integrity.
  • Gather HR and IT business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Manage HRIS upgrades, module implementations, integrations, and related projects.
  • Conduct HR data audits, enforce governance standards, and maintain regulatory data quality.
  • Develop HR reports and dashboards, analyze workforce trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in an HRIS role.
  • Experience administering and optimizing enterprise-level HRIS platforms.
  • Prior experience with Darwinbox migration and configuration.
  • Experience creating HR reports and dashboards using HRIS or business intelligence tools.
  • Strong business process orientation, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian are required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with relational database management systems and API integrations.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar project management and documentation tools.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Python for reporting and analysis.
