HR Specialist (Maternity Leave Coverage) (Payroll/Manufacturing): Managing end-to-end payroll, compensation and benefits, recruitment, workforce reporting, and HR administration at a manufacturing plant with an accent on Indonesian labor compliance, employee records, and workforce analytics. Focus on coordinating payroll and finance data, supporting employee relations and shopfloor engagement, and maintaining accurate HR processes during a fixed-term maternity leave coverage period.
Location: Cikampek, Karawang, West Java, Indonesia; onsite at the plant
Employment type: Fixed-term contract for approximately 7 months, covering maternity leave.

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end payroll, including salary processing, statutory payments, employee deductions, and payroll compliance.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including insurance, pension, BPJS, leave, welfare programs, and employee claims.
- Prepare workforce analytics and HR reports covering headcount, labor costs, overtime, absenteeism, working hours, and other workforce metrics.
- Coordinate with Finance on payroll records, labor cost reports, accruals, and HR-related financial data.
- Manage recruitment from manpower requisition through candidate screening, interviews, offers, and plant onboarding.
- Support training, performance management, employee relations, audits, HR projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- At least 1 year of human resources experience, with payroll experience required.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Experience in a rapidly changing multinational organization, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong computer application and payroll system skills.
- Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, motivation, and initiative.
