IATF Product Manager

Location: Shanghai, China; ability to travel across the region and meet global requirements.

What you will do

• Manage the IATF product across marketing, sales, client operations, service delivery, and training services.
• Own product profit margin and non-financial performance, including NPS, sales and marketing activity, and resource planning and development.
• Support client workshops, visits, bidding, and tendering activities.
• Train and qualify technical and non-technical personnel for business development and service delivery needs.
• Ensure safe, effective, and efficient service delivery in line with commercial, contractual, financial, technical, quality, and cost requirements.
• Monitor product performance, financial tracking, risks, issues, documentation, compliance, and timely closure of client feedback.

Requirements

• Degree or business qualification with significant management experience in the relevant technical area, preferably in an international B2B professional services environment.
• Experience implementing people management, leadership, and mentoring practices in a field assessment environment.
• Experience driving major change and risk management initiatives and building technology readiness in a global environment.
• Qualified to assess against the IATF16949 scheme and/or qualified as an IATF16949 trainer.
• Substantial experience in third-party auditing, including system-level and process-level auditing.
• Profound knowledge and understanding of IATF certificate scheme rules.
• Experience developing, delivering, and integrating technical strategies and sustaining positive commercial and client relationships locally and globally.
• Strong data analysis, root cause analysis, problem-solving, communication, diplomacy, negotiation, influencing, and persuasion skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong commitment to safe working practices and mature safety culture.
