D365 Middle Finance Functional Consultant

What you will do

• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementations under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Analyze business and accounting requirements and translate them into D365 Finance functional solutions.
• Support configuration of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash Management modules.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and financial testing, and support UAT activities.
• Support go-live and post-go-live stabilization, including functional documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with business users, senior consultants, and technical teams during workshops and requirement clarification sessions.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Practical experience in accounting, finance, audit, or financial controlling.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and closing.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, 1C, or another ERP system.
• Knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP.
• Experience with financial reporting or audits.
• D365 Finance or other ERP training and certifications.
