Junior Business Analyst (HR Analytics)

Location: Onsite at Almaty International Airport, Almaty, Kazakhstan

What you will do

• Collect and consolidate HR data from files, internal systems, and other sources.
• Clean, structure, and prepare datasets for analysis.
• Support large-scale HR reporting and analytics projects.
• Prepare accurate reports and analytical materials within deadlines.
• Automate routine processes using programming tools and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Support existing bots and use AI tools to improve data processing and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Higher education in HR, economics, business analytics, IT, or a related field.
• Up to one year of relevant experience; graduates may be considered.
• Upper-intermediate Excel skills, including data cleaning, handling missing values, and structuring large datasets.
• Programming proficiency and experience with process and task automation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and AI tools for data processing.
• English at B1 or above, Russian at C1, and Kazakh at B2 are required.
