Talent Acquisition (Early Careers) Intern

What you will do

• Support end-to-end campus recruitment and internship program operations.
• Develop initiatives to improve intern and university engagement.
• Automate workflows, approvals, and notifications to improve operational efficiency.
• Establish and manage a SharePoint hub for internship resources, milestones, and project activities.
• Analyze the internship lifecycle, identify process gaps, and implement improvements.
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• Good academic standing.
• Availability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Available for a 16–24-week credit-bearing internship starting in January 2027.

Nice to have

• Previous related internship or co-op experience.
• Leadership experience in the workplace, academic projects, or competitions.
• Project management skills and the ability to execute solutions in ambiguous situations.
• Interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.
