Institutional Client Services (LATAM - 12 Month Contract) (Crypto)

Digital asset exchange providing trading and institutional cryptocurrency solutions for VIP clients, financial institutions, trading firms, funds, brokers, and corporations.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for high-value customers and institutional clients across digital asset products.
• Provide dedicated support through multiple communication channels and guide clients in integrating with and using exchange systems, including APIs.
• Act as first-line support for account and system issues and represent client needs to account, finance, risk, and product teams.
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate projects delivering product changes.
• Communicate system and product updates to customers in a timely manner.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in client or trading-desk support within financial services.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, exchanges, trading orders, and execution processes.
• Experience managing clients and supporting their growth and business development.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency derivative trading products.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to resolve issues under high pressure and coordinate across departments.
• English is mandatory for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with API trading.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency concepts, including blockchain transactions.
• Knowledge of derivatives and other trading products, including futures.
