What you will do

• Provide medical leadership and oversight for early- to mid-phase clinical trials.
• Lead patient-safety oversight and medical decision-making throughout clinical programs.
• Contribute to clinical protocol development and regulatory interactions.
• Work with the Head of R&D and cross-functional teams to advance the clinical pipeline.
• Support clinical trials conducted in the United States and Asia.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in immunology, autoimmune diseases, and immuno-oncology, including solid-tumor indications.
• Experience with large-molecule biologics-based therapies.
• Demonstrated experience guiding early clinical programs from first-in-human studies through proof of concept.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Doctorate, PhD, or MD qualification.
