TL;DR
People Advisor Manager (HR): Providing consultative HR advisory services for People Leaders and internal clients in Brazil and the wider LAC region with an accent on employee relations, talent management, performance management, and workforce planning. Focus on interpreting employment policies, resolving workplace issues, analyzing people data, and driving consistent employee experiences across a matrixed organization.
Location: São Paulo, Brazil; at least 3 days in the office

What you will do
- Provide consultative HR expertise to internal clients across employee relations, performance management, talent management, organizational development, rewards, development, and workforce planning.
- Partner with regional People subject-matter experts to deliver strategic and tactical HR solutions.
- Coach and guide People Leaders on talent development, compensation reviews, employee engagement, promotions, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Facilitate effective team management and help resolve workplace issues between employees and managers.
- Ensure HR procedures and guidance comply with applicable legislation, employment law, and local unions.
- Analyze and interpret people data to support business decisions and improve reporting and data management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree such as a master's or MBA.
- Experience as an HR generalist managing medium to complex people-related challenges, preferably 7 years in a global, multinational, matrixed organization.
- English proficiency is required.
- Strong analytical, consulting, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and deliver accurately on time.
