Senior HRBP (Food Ingredients)

Location: Castelo Branco, Brazil; hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 3 or 4 days per week on-site.

What you will do

• Partner with business and functional leaders to translate business objectives into workforce, organizational, leadership, and talent strategies.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workforce planning, and business performance.
• Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, performance management, and terminations.
• Lead and mentor HR professionals while driving organizational design, change management, communication planning, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, retention strategies, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and HR Shared Services to deliver compliant HR solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Social Work, or a related field.
• At least ten years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant HRBP, HR Manager, or HR leadership experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce, organizational, and talent strategies.
• Experience with employee relations investigations, corrective actions, performance management, workforce planning, and change management.
• Experience facilitating talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and employee retention strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using workforce data and talent metrics for decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting executives or working in manufacturing, food ingredients, biotechnology, specialty chemical, or other industrial environments.
• Experience leading organizational change, culture transformation, or enterprise talent initiatives across multiple locations.
• Experience supporting a multinational organization in a matrix environment.
