IT Recruiter

Location: Hybrid, based in Aveiro, Portugal; office attendance once a week after onboarding and training

hirify.global is growing its team to support recruitment for IT projects.

What you will do

• Write and publish technical job descriptions across specialist IT job boards, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for technical roles.
• Conduct candidate interviews, including interviews held in English.
• Build and maintain a candidate CRM with accurate, up-to-date pipeline data.
• Follow technology trends to support more strategic conversations with candidates.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, tenacious, and able to build a professional network.
• English proficiency above B2 is required for daily communication and interviewing.
• Motivation to learn and develop in technology recruitment; previous recruitment experience is not required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Aveiro and attend the office once a week after onboarding and training.

Nice to have

• Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business, Applied Languages, or a related field.
• Previous recruitment experience.
• Genuine interest in technology and the recruitment industry.
