Senior Technical Product Manager (Esports)

What you will do

• Own global live operations for core infrastructure and safeguard a 99.9% reliability SLA during major esports events.
• Direct real-time features such as LiveStats, broadcast banners, and Esports Observer Replica systems.
• Define and roll out the Esports Data Platform, including integrations with external partners such as GRID.
• Lead technical dependencies across the TFT Unreal Engine integration, tournament bracket services, third-party tournament authentication, and broadcast automation.
• Develop customer, partner, and ecosystem insights and translate them into product requirements and long-term strategy.
• Own product vision, roadmap, OKRs, prioritization, build-versus-buy decisions, and execution through delivery and iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical product management, software or game development, or engineering.
• 7+ years of dedicated product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong technical background in esports technologies, broadcast operations, and data management for platform solutions.
• Strong communication, teamwork, stakeholder management, and influence-based leadership skills.
• Experience leading products through planning, execution, delivery, and post-release support.

Nice to have

• Experience in medium- to large-sized organizations with significant cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with live-service games or software operating at global scale.
• Familiarity with game platform lifecycles, art toolchains, game engines, and live operations workflows.
• Experience turning ambiguous technology concepts into shipped products with clear KPIs.
• Passion for esports, community play events, games, and player experience.
