TL;DR
Agentic AI Engineer (Google Cloud): Building and operating the shared platform infrastructure, event routing, data connections, deployment pipelines, and observability for production GTM AI agents with an accent on Google Cloud services, LLM-backed systems, and data quality. Focus on integrating third-party APIs, managing evaluation, guardrails, cost, and latency, and maintaining reliable agent operations across the organization.
Location: Helsinki or Dublin; hybrid work setup

What you will do
- Build and maintain shared infrastructure for AI agents supporting business development, sales, customer success, and support.
- Develop and operate production services on Google Cloud, including event routing, data connections, deployment pipelines, and observability.
- Integrate Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, and other third-party systems consistently through APIs and webhooks.
- Own the GTM Agent Registry, documenting each agent, its purpose, owner, and review status.
- Maintain dashboards, logs, and monitoring to identify agent issues quickly.
- Maintain data quality and act as the write authority for the BigQuery Golden Record.
Requirements
- Experience building, deploying, monitoring, and operating production software.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and webhooks, including integrations with multiple third-party systems.
- Production experience shipping and operating agents or LLM-backed services, including evaluation, guardrails, cost, and latency management.
- Practical Google Cloud experience with Cloud Run or GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Scheduler or Workflows, and Cloud Logging and Monitoring.
- Working SQL and BigQuery skills, including connecting applications to read, write, and update data.
- Ability to translate business needs from non-technical GTM stakeholders into infrastructure decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience with Vertex AI, Agent Builder, or the Gemini API.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or Zendesk APIs.
- Experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps environments.
