TL;DR
ITIL Specialist (Managed Services): Maintaining and improving Managed Services process architecture with an accent on ITIL governance, process compliance, service-level management, and continual improvement. Focus on auditing operational processes, designing service introduction and improvement roadmaps, and aligning SLAs, OLAs, SLOs, and supporting contracts with delivery targets.
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Salary: CAD 76,500–102,000 annually plus 10% target incentives.

What you will do
- Maintain the Managed Services process architecture and provide strategic oversight of interdependent cross-functional processes.
- Develop governance frameworks and processes for service introductions and Continual Service Improvement.
- Review, document, communicate, and continually improve operational processes with Operations, Solutions Development, Delivery Management, and business stakeholders.
- Audit process compliance against internal and external vendor requirements and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of improvements.
- Manage SLA definitions, configurations, objectives, OLAs, SLOs, and underpinning contracts with Delivery Management.
- Oversee critical Service Improvement Plans and track process issues, enhancements, and initiatives through to completion.
Requirements
- ITIL v4 or v5 certification.
- At least five years of experience in process architecture and standards.
- At least two years of experience working within a Managed Services Provider.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Understanding of service and solution delivery models, technology best practices, and operational procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with managers and executive management.
