Currently, we are seeking a skilled Game Producer to join our dynamic team and drive the success of our projects.
What are you working on?
- Genres: Puzzle, Casual, Word Games
- Platforms: iOS, Android
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Lead the end-to-end production of games, from concept ideation to release and ongoing development;
- Lead and guide the game development team;
- Creating gaming products and developing strategies for their growth;
- Identifying and implementing ways to improve product economics and monetization;
- Launching A/B tests and conducting experiments to validate hypotheses;
- Collaborating closely with product analytics and metrics;
- Conducting market research and seeking ideas to enhance existing gameplay;
- Foster strong collaboration between development, design, and marketing teams to achieve project goals.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in game development;
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful game projects developed from concept to release;
- Excellent team management skills;
- Deep understanding of gaming metrics, LiveOps, and effective monetization strategies;
- Proficient in core game mechanics, user retention techniques, and player psychology.
