Senior Manager, Product Services

Location: Aarhus C, Denmark; onsite at the Aarhus office

What you will do

• Run the day-to-day operations and commercial performance of service contracts for mission-critical software solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with large customers through regular status and steering meetings.
• Drive SLA and incident follow-up with the internal operations team.
• Lead and develop a team of technical specialists supporting second- and third-line operations and on-call duties.
• Shape and grow the NSI service business with sales, product management, and product development.
• Own budgets, forecasts, and P&L for individual service contracts.

Requirements

• Experience delivering or supporting software solutions and services, ideally in customer-facing operations or hosting environments.
• Experience managing large, complex customer relationships and contracts.
• People management experience is preferred.
• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree, such as engineering or business administration.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
• A clean criminal record is required, and candidates must have lived in a NATO and/or EU country for the past seven years.

• Experience managing technical teams and customer-facing software operations.
• Background in engineering or business administration.
