Senior Algorithm Developer / Tech Lead (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Conduct R&D of algorithms for next-generation optical metrology of semiconductor devices.
• Define algorithm challenges, research feasibility, develop concepts and solutions, and support qualification testing.
• Implement algorithms on metrology tools and analyze data involving multiple factors.
• Select appropriate methods and techniques for solving problems of diverse scope.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary peers and interact with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Take ownership of technical decisions with limited day-to-day instruction.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, plus relevant industry experience.
• Proven experience in signal or image processing is required.
• Experience developing and implementing algorithms with Matlab and Python.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, ownership, and ability to influence technical decisions.
• Experience with optical systems or microscopy is an advantage.
• Semiconductor industry experience is an advantage.
