Senior Product Technologist (Semiconductor)

Location: Rehovot, Israel; travel required up to 20% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Serve as the technological focal point for material metrology platforms.
• Define the technology roadmap and product requirements for a high-performance metrology tool.
• Analyze customer processes and identify high-value problems.
• Conduct hands-on experiments and analysis in-house and at customer sites.
• Collaborate with Physics, Systems, Algorithms, and Software teams to deliver metrology-grade performance and accelerate customer adoption.

Requirements

• Expertise in the semiconductor industry, including technology, market trends, and customer landscape.
• 10+ years of R&D experience in multidisciplinary projects with a proven hands-on experimental record.
• MSc or PhD in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Highly motivated and independent, with the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; effective cross-functional team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Development experience with X-ray techniques, microscopy, spectroscopy, optical design, or SEM.
• Customer-facing experience.
