hirify.global is a Warsaw-based sports technology startup with Belarusian roots, building football intelligence products powered by Computer Vision and Machine Learning.

What you will do

• Develop and evolve Flutter mobile and web products for football, NFL, and NBA analytics.
• Launch NFL and NBA functionality while maintaining the quality of existing football features.
• Take ownership of a product area from estimation and implementation through review, release, and measurement.
• Build onboarding, paywall, pricing, remote configuration, and A/B testing variants with reliable analytics.
• Improve activation, subscription conversion, retention, crash-free sessions, and application performance.
• Develop shared client-side components, automated tests, code-quality tooling, and release automation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience building production Flutter applications released on both the App Store and Google Play, including release ownership.
• Strong Dart knowledge, including null safety, generics, asynchronous code, and code generation for models and API clients.
• Understanding of Flutter rendering, custom painting, nested scrolling, animations, layout debugging, and smooth performance on mid-range devices.
• Experience with modular architecture, dependency injection, declarative navigation, state management, REST APIs, and real-time updates.
• Experience with push notifications, deep links, in-app purchases, subscriptions, analytics, remote configuration, and A/B testing.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a fully remote, distributed team with backend, design, and product colleagues.

Nice to have

• Experience with sports or Computer Vision products and data-heavy applications.
• Native Kotlin and Swift development for widgets or rich push notifications.
• CI/CD and release automation, performance profiling, or applications localized for multiple markets.
