Location: Rīga, Latvia; hybrid office and remote work
Salary: €4,000–€4,800 before taxes per month, plus company stock options.

What you will do
- Implement deep technical projects across the Flutter application and its supporting infrastructure.
- Research and prototype solutions for new capabilities and non-obvious engineering problems.
- Build and maintain cross-platform iOS and Android functionality using Flutter.
- Contribute to technical decisions through code reviews and everyday problem-solving.
- Improve software design, testing practices, and the ability to adapt safely to changing requirements.
- Participate in product and engineering planning with engineers, designers, product, and technical leadership.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant software development experience.
- Experience with a modern declarative UI framework such as Flutter, React Native, SwiftUI, or Compose, with enthusiasm for Flutter.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, architecture design, and domain modeling.
- Experience designing and maintaining reliable test suites and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Basic familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Git, and CI/CD systems.
- Fluent English communication in written and verbal form.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Jujutsu VCS.
