Reporting & Insights Manager (AI)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; hybrid work with office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and work-from-home flexibility on Mondays and Fridays

DELVE is a performance media agency serving subscription-focused nonprofit, mission-driven, and commercial organizations through digital fundraising and performance media.

What you will do

• Own annual, quarterly, monthly, and daily plan-versus-actual performance reporting across media clients.
• Build a standardized cross-client and cross-channel media performance framework covering investment, impressions, clicks, transactions, revenue, and derived metrics.
• Create bottom-up forecasting models for new business pitches, engagement kickoffs, and quarterly business reviews.
• Pull, connect, clean, reconcile, and QA data from advertising platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, APIs, and client datasets.
• Partner with Data Engineering to build governed data infrastructure in Funnel.io and GCP, including transformations and centralized ingestion.
• Build internal and client-facing interfaces in Looker, evaluate AI use cases, document the framework, and manage two Analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting.
• Deep practical knowledge of databases and SQL, with the ability to access and prepare data independently.
• Hands-on experience with digital media data, including Google Ads and Meta, plus CRM and marketing data.
• Expert-level Excel skills for complex modeling, large datasets, and data cleansing.
• Experience building dashboards or reporting products in a BI tool; Looker is strongly preferred.
• Experience creating bottom-up forecasting models and communicating analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. English CV submission is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP, BigQuery, Looker Studio or Looker, and dbt or equivalent transformation tools.
• Experience with Funnel.io or a comparable data-integration platform.
• Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
• People-management experience, nonprofit fundraising or direct-response performance experience, and practical application of LLMs or AI in analytics workflows.
