As COO, you will:
🔵 Complete the EMI licensing workstream
🔵 Design the target operating model
🔵 Lead operational and market readiness
🔵 Manage critical external partners
🔵 Build and lead the operations team
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
🔵 5+ years’ senior operations leadership experience
🔵 Involvement in a financial services licence application
🔵 Experience scaling regulated operations
🔵 Professional Latvian and English proficiency
This permanent role offers ownership from authorisation through market launch and long-term growth.
Monthly salary: €6,000 - €9,000 gross
