Company
is hiring for a sales leadership role supporting financial services promotions in the Surakarta area.
What you will do
- Manage sales targets and ensure sales programs run effectively in the assigned area.
- Visit merchants daily and maintain strong relationships with store PICs.
- Ensure promotional POP materials are properly placed in stores.
- Coordinate with partner operations teams on sales, competitor activity, and field issues.
- Manage approximately 15–20 Sales Promoters and monitor their daily activities.
- Conduct initial and refresher training for the field team.
Requirements
- Senior High School or Diploma qualification in any field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team and sales area.
- Good communication and social media marketing skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to work shifts.
