What you will do

• Own the commercial strategy, growth plans, priorities, and P&L outcomes for national offline expansion.
• Drive store expansion from site selection and market research through lease negotiation, design, activation, merchandising, logistics, and staff training.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while creating SOPs and improving workflows.
• Build and manage strategic partner and vendor relationships across the country.
• Lead flagship initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report business performance to regional and global leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 8+ years of experience in business development and sales operations, including team leadership and consistent revenue growth.
• Proven experience with retail or offline store expansion, including site selection, new store openings, and scaling physical locations.
• Experience leading sales teams, building a high-performance culture, and driving engagement.
• Ability to adapt go-to-market strategies to local market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and pressure-handling skills.
