Product Design Lead (Web3)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE, or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

What you will do

• Design and iterate user journeys and growth tools in collaboration with the Growth team.
• Ensure design fidelity during implementation and track post-launch performance.
• Propose data-driven improvements to increase retention and conversion.
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and feedback analysis for owned projects.
• Support other teams with flexible design assistance when resources are constrained.
• Maintain platform-wide design consistency with UED designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience; user growth or B-side product design experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools, with strong product thinking and interaction design skills.
• Experience participating in user research and end-to-end design workflows.
• Fluent Chinese and English, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality design solutions across multiple directions.

Nice to have

• Experience with growth-focused product design and metrics such as retention, conversion, and activation.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Experience designing B-side back-office or operations platforms.
• Experience in financial trading, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3.
• A portfolio showing measurable business impact from design decisions.
