Product Manager – Flight Management Solutions

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid working approach with approximately 20% domestic and international travel.

Salary: PLN 15,000–19,500 gross per month.

What you will do

• Shape and deliver Flight Plan Manager capabilities within the Flightscape Flight Operations Solutions platform.
• Translate customer insights and airline operational pain points into business and functional requirements.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Support discovery through interviews, demos, and data analysis to validate problem statements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Delivery, Customer Success, and Scrum teams to deliver measurable value.
• Run internal and external demos, maintain feature documentation, and contribute to release notes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in airline flight operations or business analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to turn complex or ambiguous information into actionable requirements.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Aeronautical Science, or a related field.
• Legal authorization to work in Poland is required.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating data between multiple products.
• Knowledge of ATC coordination or airline operational processes.
• Experience with agile tools, functional specifications, or acceptance tests.
• Dispatch and/or pilot license.
