Director, Financial Crimes Intelligence

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; hybrid work environment with defined in-person presence requirements

Salary: $185,000–$278,000 annually for San Francisco, CA. A discretionary bonus may also be available.

What you will do

• Lead a team of intelligence analysts across multiple intelligence disciplines.
• Identify, analyze, and predict emerging risks, threats, regulatory trends, and critical events affecting member firms, investors, and financial markets.
• Develop and maintain intelligence frameworks, collection strategies, standards, and dissemination processes.
• Direct the production of strategic intelligence products, assessments, briefings, and communications for senior leadership, regulatory staff, and external stakeholders.
• Build partnerships with hirify.global stakeholders, member firms, law enforcement, and government intelligence partners.
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives, training events, workshops, webinars, panels, and working groups related to intelligence sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience at a broker-dealer, financial institution, government agency, or department with an intelligence focus.
• Deep knowledge of advanced intelligence functions across the full intelligence cycle and multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of hirify.global rules, federal securities laws, securities markets, and member-firm operations.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic-thinking, communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
