Sr. Incident Response Analyst (AI Security)

What you will do

• Investigate, triage, and respond to customer security incidents across endpoint, network, and cloud environments.
• Lead containment, eradication, and forensic analysis efforts.
• Conduct root cause analysis and prepare clear, actionable reports for technical teams and stakeholders.
• Perform proactive threat hunting to identify adversary behavior missed by existing detections.
• Communicate incident updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with detection engineering and security operations teams to improve visibility.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in incident response, forensic analysis, and security operations.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems and enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
• Availability for occasional on-call support and after-hours incident response.
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements.
• Current and future authorization to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• GCIH, GCFA, CISSP, or similar industry certification.
