What you will do
- Translate business problems into end-to-end AI agent solutions.
- Architect and deploy AI agents with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, and other open-source frameworks.
- Apply prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Design and optimize agent architectures for reasoning, tool use, and workflow automation.
- Build AI systems that improve through usage and integrate AI reasoning into secure production systems with backend and frontend engineers.
- Develop evaluation and monitoring frameworks for AI agent governance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of applied AI/ML engineering experience with production deployments.
- Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX.
- Experience building and deploying AI agents, orchestration frameworks, or multi-step reasoning systems for business problems.
- Understanding of monitoring, evaluation, and iteration for production AI systems.
- Ability to balance innovation with reliability, scalability, and compliance.
