What you will do

• Lead and architect the research strategy for applying generative AI to cybersecurity.
• Drive innovation in reasoning, summarization, interactivity, and other AI applications.
• Make strategic decisions about model architectures, training approaches, and deployment strategies.
• Implement machine learning research and build production-ready AI systems operating at massive scale.
• Mentor scientists, establish technical standards and evaluation frameworks, and promote engineering excellence.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, align technical strategy with business goals, and represent technical work through publications and speaking engagements.

Requirements

• PhD or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of applied machine learning or research experience, including leadership in developing production-grade models.
• Deep expertise in LLM and deep learning training and deployment at scale.
• Advanced knowledge of Python, deep learning frameworks, and cloud technologies.
• Expert understanding of GPU technologies and optimization techniques.
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, communication, and complex problem-solving skills.
