What you will do

• Design statistical analysis plans for observational studies, clinical evaluations, and product impact analyses.
• Implement and validate reproducible analysis workflows in R, Python, or SAS.
• Lead end-to-end analyses of complex longitudinal and real-world healthcare datasets.
• Define metrics, hypotheses, and success criteria connected to clinical and business decisions.
• Advise clinical, research, product, and data stakeholders on study design, methods, and interpretation.
• Support manuscripts, conference abstracts, presentations, and evidence-generation initiatives.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or a closely related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of applied experience with observational, clinical, or product impact studies, ideally using real-world or healthcare data.
• Proficiency in at least one of R, Python, or SAS.
• Experience in regulated healthcare, clinical research, or digital health environments.
• Ability to communicate statistical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of data quality, metric definition, analytical validation, and reproducible research practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with causal inference, survival analysis, mixed-effects models, or Bayesian methods.
• Experience supporting peer-reviewed publications, conference abstracts, or regulatory submissions.
