Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia; hybrid schedule with office attendance Monday–Wednesday

What you will do

• Own product features from problem discovery through solution design and delivery.
• Interview customers, analyze data, map customer journeys, and define success metrics.
• Design product experiences that solve customer problems and improve measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, analysts, researchers, and writers.
• Maintain and improve the design system.
• Use research and data to make decisions and align stakeholders.

Requirements

• Live in Tbilisi and be available to work from the office Monday–Wednesday.
• 5–6 years of product design experience in cross-functional teams.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating shipped product work.
• Experience with product thinking, user research, customer journeys, and analytics.
• Experience with visual design, interaction design, Figma, and design systems.
• Clear communication, independent problem-solving, and experience working in product teams.

Nice to have

• Banking or fintech experience.
• Experience working with AI tools and modern technologies.
