What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for the Pulse Cluster, from initial discovery to final delivery.
• Create clear, straightforward solutions for complex product and interface challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Design Leads, and developers to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Incorporate stakeholder and team feedback to refine and improve design iterations.
• Maintain and organize design files and documentation to ensure accessibility and consistency.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation within the product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX and product design across web and mobile platforms.
• Expert proficiency in Figma with a solid understanding of design systems and UIKit principles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to enhance design decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting solutions.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.

Nice to have

• Experience in the finance or trading domain.
