Focus on selecting and implementing a scalable WMS, designing high-throughput low-latency stock services, preventing overselling, and connecting packing workflows to on-demand delivery.

What you will do
- Own the strategic roadmap and functional requirements for dark store fulfilment systems.
- Evaluate warehouse management system vendors and lead the implementation roadmap.
- Define stock transfer workflows between central distribution centers and local dark stores, including automated replenishment triggers.
- Establish data freshness SLAs and business rules for real-time dark store stock availability across online shopping platforms.
- Design inventory safety buffers, caching, and overselling prevention logic for fast-moving items.
- Own the digital workflow transitioning orders from the packing table to the on-demand delivery fleet.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in a related field.
- At least 7 years of software product management experience or relevant project and responsibility exposure.
- 5+ years of product management experience with enterprise WMS, inventory management systems, or localized fulfilment software.
- Deep knowledge of stock transfers, replenishment triggers, safety stock calculations, allocation logic, and real-time inventory visibility.
- Strong experience with complex APIs, middleware, and ERP integrations such as Oracle WMS or custom microservices.
- Experience defining product vision, strategic roadmaps, metrics, experiments, and requirements across operations, commercial, and engineering teams.
