SMM Manager (iGaming)

Location: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, UAE, Ukraine, or Uzbekistan. Hybrid work is available, with offices in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, and Yerevan.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SMM, preferably in gaming, IT, or marketing.
• Experience with SMM analytical tools.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, visual awareness, and knowledge of current social media trends and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
• Deep understanding of audience behavior and engagement mechanics.
• Ability to develop strategies and independently manage projects.

What you will do

• Develop and implement social media content plans aligned with SMM strategy and marketing goals.
• Create and manage expert-level content highlighting product and industry knowledge.
• Adapt content for different platforms and target audiences.
• Track SMM metrics, competitor data, and advertising campaign effectiveness to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with design, PR, and marketing teams to create cohesive content.
• Monitor SMM trends and prepare KPI reports and presentations.
