Senior Frontend Engineers (React/React Native)

Location: Remote from Poland, Romania, or Spain

What you will do

• Own complex frontend features end to end across web and mobile.
• Design and evolve React and React Native systems, shared libraries, and reusable abstractions.
• Diagnose and resolve rendering, state-management, bundle, and runtime-performance bottlenecks.
• Use TypeScript to make behavior explicit and prevent defects.
• Collaborate with product, backend engineering, and QA to turn complex requirements into clear user experiences.
• Maintain quality through code reviews, unit tests, end-to-end tests, visual-regression testing, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Production frontend experience with React or React Native and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of React rendering, component boundaries, data flow, and state management.
• Experience designing maintainable frontend architecture and reusable abstractions.
• Practical experience diagnosing performance issues in complex web or mobile products.
• Sound testing judgment across unit, end-to-end, and visual-regression coverage.
• Strong engineering fundamentals, product judgment, structured problem-solving, and the ability to explain technical trade-offs.
