Contractor - Global Study Coordinator (Hungarian & French)

Location: Remote from Hungary; primary work environment is a home office

Compensation: Hourly pay; part-time, potentially up to 25 hours per week. Hours are not guaranteed.

What you will do

• Support Global Study Managers with the planning and operations of active clinical trial studies.
• Coordinate patient travel, transportation budgets, air travel, hotels, and ground accommodations.
• Communicate with trial participants, hospital and clinical staff, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Support participant enrollment and visit scheduling at hospitals and clinical sites.
• Set up databases, transfer data between internal operating systems, and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and contribute to efficient project operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent Hungarian, English, and French are required.
• Two or more years of travel-industry and/or pharmaceutical-industry experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization, prioritization, follow-up, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to learn new procedures quickly and work from a secure home-office setup with a personal computer and telephone.
