Cybersecurity Compliance Manager

Location: Onsite in Tashkent, Mirzo-Ulugbek District, 30 Shahrisabz Street; Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

What you will do

• Analyze regulatory requirements and information security standards, including GDPR, PCI DSS, and SOX.
• Organize and conduct internal audits and compliance checks.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulators.
• Identify and document non-compliance issues and oversee corrective actions.
• Support compliance programs and employee training.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity documentation.
• Deep knowledge of legal requirements, regulations, and information security standards.
• Ability to conduct audits and assess compliance risks.
• Experience preparing reports and remediation recommendations.
• Effective communication with internal and external auditors.

Nice to have

• CISA or CISSP certification.
