BI Group, one of Central Asia’s largest developers, is expanding its internal AI engineering team to build business assistants, document and data automation, and production AI systems.

Responsibilities:
• Build and ship AI agents, LLM tools, data pipelines, APIs, and internal integrations.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate results clearly.
• Apply ML for scoring and forecasting; monitor production quality and data drift.

Requirements:
• 4+ years of commercial Python development, including 2+ years in ML or applied AI.
• Experience with LLM agents, LangGraph, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and evaluation or observability tools.
• Production AI/ML delivery, strong SQL/PostgreSQL, testing, Git, and documentation.
• Clear communication with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
