Kazakhtelecom (Kazakhstan main telecom provider) is building a multi-tenant AI platform powered

Responsibilities:
• Develop backend services and REST APIs
• Build data and document processing pipelines
• Implement RAG, document indexing, and semantic search
• Integrate AI services with enterprise systems
• Ensure performance, reliability, and observability of services
• Participate in architecture design and code reviews

Requirements:
• 5+ years of Python backend development experience
• FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka or Celery
• Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• LLMs, RAG
• vector databases (Qdrant or pgvector)
• Software architecture, testing, security, and observability
• Ability to work independently and contribute to technical decisions
