Middle Webflow Developer

Location: Remote from Belarus or Poland

What you will do

• Configure and customize Webflow site structure, CMS collections, relationships, custom code embeds, and interactions.
• Build and maintain reusable components and a documented class-naming and style system.
• Implement semantic and accessible HTML markup, including correct heading hierarchy, landmarks, alt text, and link structure.
• Write lean, maintainable JavaScript and HTML where Webflow's native tools are insufficient.
• Set up and maintain integrations with forms, CRM, analytics, and automation tools using native integrations, Zapier, Make, webhooks, or APIs.
• Manage staging, publishing, permissions, version history, backups, and the complete build lifecycle from Figma designs to scalable Webflow components.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience configuring and customizing production Webflow sites.
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals, with the ability to work beyond Webflow's visual editor.
• Experience with semantic markup, accessibility, scalable component architecture, and class-naming conventions such as Client-First or BEM.
• Experience building Webflow CMS collections and relational content using references and multi-reference fields.
• Experience integrating Webflow with other systems through Zapier, Make, webhooks, or APIs.
• Ability to work independently from Figma designs and provide a portfolio of configured or customized Webflow builds.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Webflow with CRM, ATS, or marketing automation tools.
• Experience building or customizing Webflow sites for B2B technology companies or agencies.
