Intern on AMS Tool in Milan (Generative AI and semiconductor verification): Investigating generative AI to accelerate verification of new semiconductor designs and validating AI-driven design flows with an accent on Real Number Models and mixed-signal SoC verification. Focus on using the Model In Minutes flow integrated into Virtuoso, building behavioral analog-circuit models, and validating real industry cases with engineering teams.

Location: Milan, Italy; internship in the Milan office

What you will do

  • Investigate the use of generative AI to accelerate verification of new semiconductor designs.
  • Help define and validate AI-driven design flows that improve design-team productivity.
  • Use and validate the Model In Minutes flow integrated into Virtuoso to build Real Number Models.
  • Work with real industry cases involving behavioral models of analog circuits and mixed-signal SoC verification.
  • Collaborate with engineering and other teams in a multinational environment.

Requirements

  • Engineering student.
  • Availability for a full-time internship.
  • Ability to work from the Milan office.
