I&C Sales Representative (Electrical)

Location: San Antonio de Belén, Heredia, Costa Rica

What you will do

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned Costa Rican territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, installers, and customers.
• Provide technical support, coordinate sales training, handle claims, and prepare special quotations.
• Track business KPIs, sales forecasts, product mix, pricing guidelines, and commercial policy execution.
• Analyze scopes of work, competitors, and market size to identify new opportunities and prospects.
• Update CRM records daily and support payment collection and customer account tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Industrial or electrical sector sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Business analytics experience.
• Project management skills.
• Experience with SAP and WMS management.
