QM Food Regulatory & Compliance Manager (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Implement national and international food law requirements across the product portfolio.
• Create and maintain declaration data and product specifications, manage article data from raw materials to finished goods, and support packaging and label printing approvals.
• Approve raw and packaging materials and ensure compliance from the start of the product lifecycle.
• Qualify suppliers, conduct audits, manage co-manufacturers, and safeguard quality and food safety standards.
• Support Sales with customer requests, requirements, and contracts, and respond to internal and external food law inquiries.
• Manage product-specific certifications such as the V-Label and act as Food Fraud Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science or a comparable discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in the food industry, ideally in quality management and/or regulatory affairs.
• Proven expertise in article data management, declaration creation, and specification handling.
• Fluent English.
• Precise working style, enjoyment of teamwork, and ability to work independently.
• Structured, hands-on, and future-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for daily and ad-hoc organizational support.
• Proven ability to leverage AI to significantly increase personal productivity.
• Interest in working in a dynamic, growth-driven setting where innovation and change are part of the culture.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
