What you will do

• Implement national and international food law requirements across the product portfolio.
• Create and maintain declaration data, product specifications, and article data from raw materials to finished goods.
• Approve packaging and label printing data, raw materials, and packaging materials.
• Qualify suppliers, conduct audits, manage co-manufacturers, and safeguard quality and food safety standards.
• Support Sales with customer requests, requirements, and contracts, and respond to internal and external food law inquiries.
• Manage product-specific certifications, including the V-Label, and act as Food Fraud Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science or a comparable discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in the food industry, ideally in quality management or regulatory affairs.
• Proven expertise in article data management, declaration creation, and specification handling.
• Fluent English required; German is beneficial.
• Precise, structured, hands-on, future-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proven ability to leverage AI to significantly increase personal productivity.
