SAR Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Review prepared materials related to transaction monitoring alerts for incoming and outgoing transactions.
• Draft Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and report suspicious financial activity to authorities.
• Respond to and remediate compliance issues identified by Compliance, Support, Risk, and Onboarding functions.
• Support compliance projects, monitoring activities, and investigations under the direction of the supervisor and MLROs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience or a university degree.
• Experience in AML or in an operational role where AML activities were part of daily work.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with good organizational and time-management skills.
• Mandatory proficiency with basic MS Excel or Google Sheets and MS Word.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in fintech or cryptocurrency.
• Professional experience with transaction monitoring.
